Participants interested in presenting an oral or E-poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract. The abstract submission deadline expires on 26th June 2024. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee and may be accepted for oral presentation, E-poster presentation, or rejection. * Participants will enjoy the waived registration fee after receiving notification that their abstracts have been accepted.

●   Abstract requirement:

●   Abstract should be received before 26th June 2024

●   The selected abstract will be acknowledged by email reply to each email address on 23rd July 2024

●   The Organizing Committee has a right reserve to edit the format of the abstract due to the printing task for publication in terms of uniformity purpose

●   The best E-poster presented will be rewarded

Travel Grants

●   A total of 5 travel grants would be provided for all delegates from all countries and regions to attend ASCI2024.

●   Each valued at USD 500 will be offered to applicants, including post-graduates and residents (under 40 years old), but not including faculties and fellows. 

●   Only applications from individuals who have submitted an abstract as the first author for oral or poster presentation at the congress will be considered.

●   Acceptance of the abstract by the Scientific Committee will be a pre-requisite for the allocation of a grant.

●   The "Travel Grant Application Form" must be submitted together with the submission of the abstract.

●   Applicants will get a notice of the decision of the travel grant by 31 July 2024.

●   The delegate receiving the grant is expected to attend the congress and present the submitted abstract in Shanghai for the whole duration of the conference.
